Laminar Air Flow

Vertical laminar air flow system is a key component for modular operating room, efficient disinfection and sterilization efficacy to meet the environmental requirements of various types of surgery. It provides vertical clean air to build a safe and comfortable environment for doctors, nurses and patients.

It generates a sterile air blown into the critical protection area in a vertical laminar manner, the size of laminar airflow ceiling is based upon the space required for surgery type, the staff and devices and equipment needs.

The frame is made in SS304 1.2mm with bottom performable to ensure laminar air flow.

Specialised Air Distribution based on Total Pressure Displacement so as to ensure Uniform air quality & quantity along the complete LAF area. Minimum total air changes should be more than 30 per hour. It shall be terminal filter (HEPA filter shall be fitted across total filtration area i.e. 48 sq.ft), Ultra Clean ventilation system with unidirectional flow. It shall be draft-free, comfortable room climate and minimal, undisruptive noise level. It shall have filtration area 2 no's of at least 1850mmX- 2440mm and capable of filter 4500cfm of air.
